A very light and delicate green tea with an almost soft slightly sweet flavour aroma. Large leafed and with a special manufacture allowing the original pluck to unfurl in the pot as a bloom. Green Kandyan Blooms are plucked early in the morning taking only the bud and one leaf. This is the lightest flavoured green tea we serve and would drink well in the afternoon on its own or taken with cakes.
