Our breads are traditionally baked, and range from delicious Farmhouse whites, to spelt & honey and beetroot & apple. We also make over thirty different cakes fresh each day: strawberry tarts, Eccles cakes and other regional specialties like Cumberland rum nicky and Yorkshire curd tarts, all baked to The Hazelmere secret recipe!
