We make over thirty different cakes fresh each day: strawberry tarts, Eccles cakes and other regional specialties like Cumberland rum nicky and Yorkshire curd tarts, all baked to The Hazelmere secret recipe! Our cake selection varies according to season and availability

We are now only a small bakery team. Anything marked with * and printed in red is still being baked. We apologise for our limited selection and look forward to offering our full range again in the future.
